Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble taking a measurement using the PreemptiveAI app, please check out the following tips:

Make yourself as warm as possible - it opens the arteries in your fingers.
Make sure you are fully covering the correct camera with your finger.
Make sure you are resting your hand on a stable surface like a table or desk.
Do not press hard, hold your finger lightly against the camera.
Make sure you are using the pad of the finger instead of the tip.
Ensure your index finger is clean and dry.
Try resting your wrist on the edge of the table to help keep it stable.
If you are having trouble keeping your hand still, try the hand cradle method. (Shown below)
